The Role

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Pools team in the role of Pool Attendant.

As a Pool Attendant you will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and guest care to ensure a seamless bathing experience is achieved for all guests. You will monitor and evaluate the overall health and wellness of our guests, and promptly respond to guest injuries and administer first aid. Additional key responsibilities include testing and reviewing pool temperatures, conducting water based classes and maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the bathing facility including indoor and outdoor pools, change rooms and surrounding areas.

To be considered, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and prompt attention to guests
• Ability to work together as part of a dynamic team
• Demonstrate exceptional employee presentation standards
• Highly motivated, energetic and hard working
• Previous experience in a similar customer service orientated role
• First aid certificate minimum level 1
• Wiliness to obtain a National Police Check

Highly regarded, but not essential:

• Provide Advanced First Aid (HLTAID014 previously HLTAID006)
• Provide Advanced Resuscitation (HLTAID015 previously HLTAID007)
• Pool lifeguard (SISSS00111)
