  • Executing A/B tests and translating insights into design improvements.
  • Owning end-to-end website QA across all storefronts prior to launch.
  • Testing functionality, content and interactive elements against approved designs.
  • Partnering with developers to resolve and retest issues efficiently.
  • Monitoring post-launch performance to catch and resolve customer experience issues.
  • Supporting accessibility compliance and mobile-first design across AU, US and UK markets.
  • Collaborating with eCommerce, Development and Marketing teams on campaign and trading priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio spanning eCommerce or luxury digital experiences.
  • Hands-on QA experience, including bug tracking, testing frameworks and pre-launch sign-off processes.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools) and familiarity with design systems at scale.
  • Working knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing tools and web analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, Hotjar).
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and mobile-first design principles.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working across multiple regional markets and adapting to local nuances.
