About us:

Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD and directly across from Rosehill Racecourse, our hotel serves a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest cleaning standards.

Your role:

• Clean, service and prepare guest rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including the lobby, corridors, lifts, restrooms and other shared guest facilities.
• Perform Houseperson duties, including distributing linen, towels, amenities and housekeeping supplies throughout the hotel.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, including additional amenities and housekeeping assistance.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damaged equipment and potential safety hazards.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

What we’re looking for:

• A proactive, responsible, and adaptable attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• A commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
• Professional personal presentation and grooming.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
