We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Consultant to join our team for twelve months, and take responsibility for delivering top-notch learning to our valued customers.
Medtech is the market-leading provider of primary health solutions in New Zealand and is expanding across Australasia. We provide advanced practice management software and other state-of-the-art health technology solutions that enable health professionals to provide ‘healthier care’.
We are people-centric in our decisions, focused on collaboration with others to enable better health outcomes, and serious about understanding and meeting our customers’ needs.
What you’ll do each day:
- Deliver effective learning using various techniques to customers and Medtechians.
- Support product learning throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and maintain learning materials, including e-learning.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medtech products and the industry.
- Collaborate with implementation consultants as needed
- Work across NZ and Australia
What you bring to the role:
- Health industry experience (required).
- Expertise in system learning design and delivery (preferred)
- Familiarity with Medtech products (required).
- Trustworthy team player with a passion for technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and embrace a process-driven mindset.
- Full driver’s license, car, and right to work in New Zealand
- Ability to travel on a weekly basis around New Zealand
