About the Role
As a Post-Harvest Technician, you will play an integral role in our manufacturing process, ensuring each product batch meets our high standards of quality.
This position is ideal for someone who appreciates a clear, consistent routine, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working to deadlines.
This role is offered on compressed hours, working four (4) days per week from 6:00am to 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Cannabis meticulously, adhering to TGA regulations and GMP standards.
- Operate specialised processing equipment such as mechanical trimmers, buckers, induction sealers, and labellers. (We will train you on how to use all the equipment so not worry if you’ve never done this before.)
- Execute all post-harvest processes including drying, curing, trimming, packaging, labelling, and preparing product for sale or transfer.
- Follow strict standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary work environment in compliance with hygiene standards.

Skills & Experience:
- Ideally, 1 year of experience in agriculture, production or manufacturing industries.
- Reliable and proactive, with a strong commitment to completing tasks to a high standard and in accordance with company SOPs.
- A positive team player who contributes to a supportive and productive workplace.
- Enjoys a role where you can focus on one task at a time and complete it accurately and to a high standard.
- Willingness to perform manual tasks and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including climbing ladders and working in varied environmental conditions.
- Able to commit to occasional weekend work and scheduled weekly overtime when required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory systems is desirable.
Non-Negotiables:
- Able to complete a National Police Check resulting in a non-disclosure result
- Able to complete a medical assessment
- Valid driver license and mode of transport (Public transport is limited)
