Field Technician Mechanical Plumber – Remote

Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Field Technician Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient installation and repair of plumbing systems within the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Commission and install new air conditioning systems across residential and light commercial projects.
• Support the training, mentoring, and development of apprentices.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial air conditioning installations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with other trades to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-focused approach.
• Display a high level of reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.
• Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Be flexible and willing to work overtime when operational requirements demand.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Mechanical plumber with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in mechanical plumbing within the HVAC industry.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
