Meadow Springs Golf and Country Club is a premier golf destination in Mandurah, renowned for its championship golf course, beautiful natural surroundings, and commitment to providing exceptional experiences for members, guests, and visitors.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Gardener to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in a beautiful golf course environment.

This role can be offered as:

• Part-Time – Monday to Wednesday, focused on maintaining the clubhouse gardens and surrounding landscaped areas; or
• Full-Time – incorporating both gardening duties and golf course grounds maintenance, including participation in the weekend roster.

The successful applicant will play an important role in ensuring our gardens, landscapes, and golf course surroundings are maintained to the highest standard.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous gardening, landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to undertake physically demanding outdoor work
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a high-quality environment

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Standard work week Monday to Friday
• Weekend roster participation required for the full-time position
• Immediate start available for the right candidate
• Six-month probation period applies
• Part-time or full-time opportunity available depending on the successful applicant
