About the Roles

We are seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor and a Mechanical Construction Supervisor to lead crews and coordinate works within their respective disciplines.

The Civil Supervisor will oversee earthworks, formwork, reinforcement, concreting and associated civil infrastructure.

The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee the installation and assembly of mechanical equipment, piping and associated infrastructure.

Both positions are hands-on leadership roles, responsible for coordinating daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

You will work closely with clients, engineers, project teams and site personnel to plan activities, coordinate resources, resolve issues and keep projects progressing.

About You

• Minimum five years’ experience supervising civil construction or mechanical construction and installation projects, relevant to the position you are applying for
• Proven experience leading crews in mining environments, including underground works
• Civil applicants: Practical knowledge of earthworks, formwork, reinforcement and concrete construction
• Mechanical applicants: Strong understanding of mechanical equipment installation, assembly and piping systems
• Strong leadership, planning and people management skills
• Ability to coordinate labour, equipment and subcontractors to meet project schedules
• Strong understanding of mining safety requirements and site procedures
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation relevant to your discipline
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence
• Mining experience is essential
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
• Relevant mining supervisor qualifications or equivalent are preferred
