Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain project schedules. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Working away from home as we are a National business . You will be looking after projects main along the eastern seaboard from SA ,VIC, NSW and QLD.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the project manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and incident reports.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure all site personnel comply with relevant environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related building field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and solar construction industry, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in project management planing and excel .
• Valid construction site safety certification (e.g., White Card).
• Drivers Licence
• Truck Licence HC
• Excavator & Skid steer Licenses
