Summary: We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to regulations and standards within our organisation. This role involves developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance to staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and regulatory affairs, looking to make a significant impact in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: – Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies. – Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. – Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters. – Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the organisation. – Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management. – Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance. – Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. – Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field. – Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards applicable in Australia Aged Care Quality Commission – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. – Certifications in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) are a plus.
