The role

You’ll prepare classic and contemporary cocktails, offer thoughtful recommendations and deliver warm, attentive service. Working closely with the bar, floor and kitchen teams, you’ll keep service flowing, maintain a well-stocked and organised bar, and uphold presentation and cleanliness standards.

About you

You’ll bring:

• At least one year’s experience as a cocktail bartender
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and premium spirits
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Warm communication, attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Barista skills, including excellent coffee preparation and latte art
• A current NSW RSA and full Australian working rights
• Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of Italian amari, aperitivi and spirits will be highly regarded.
