Copy of Commercial Cleaner – Northern Suburbs

THE ROLES:

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and engaging team member who is passionate about delivering a great experience to our client with every interaction.

The role is Part Time with a permanent roster of:

Monday to Thursday: 11:30 am – 6:30 pm

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal applicants will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own and in a team. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard.

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of amenities areas, toilets, floors, walls, and lunchroom areas.
• Follow approved cleaning schedules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
• Handle, mix, and apply approved cleaning chemicals and sanitisers safely and according to guidelines whilst wearing appropriate PPE.
• Properly dispose of waste and chemical containers, in compliance with facility policies.
• Prepare and operate routine equipment/resources/materials as set out in instructions, and ensure cleanliness of equipment, check for quality and safety, and report any faults to the relevant officer.
• Maintain personal hygiene standards
• Positive Team player
• Good time management skills
• The ability to identify improvement opportunities and present these to your manager/ supervisor.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and code of conduct.

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

Must have a current Australian driver’s license

• Own transport
• Valid work rights in Australia
• Able to start immediately
• Willing to undertake a medical screening (company organised)
• Willing to consent to a National Police Check (company organised)
• Minimum of 1-year commercial cleaning experience with a keen eye for detail.
