About the Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll take charge of the entire dining experience, leading and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver top-tier service. With a hands-on approach, you’ll craft exceptional guest moments, enhance operational efficiencies, and set new benchmarks for excellence.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and engaged.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to exceed service expectations.
- Managing food & beverage operations, including reservations, service flow, and quality control.
- Driving revenue and profitability while upholding premium dining standards.
- Developing innovative service offerings and enhancing the food and beverage experience.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Overseeing workforce planning, including rostering and staffing levels to meet operational demands.
- Managing recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff to ensure service excellence.
- Implementing efficient scheduling and payroll management to optimise labour costs.
- Monitoring team performance and conducting regular evaluations to foster continuous improvement.
