The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our collaborative, friendly team. In this hands-on, client-facing role, you’ll support advisers and clients by managing key operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, acting as their reliable point of contact and helping them navigate their financial futures. Self-awareness, curiosity, and accountability are at the heart of our culture, and you’ll play a vital role in delivering on these values every day.

What You’ll Do

• Be the reliable point of contact for clients, advisers, and third parties (accountants, custodians, lawyers)

• Manage appointments, schedules, and preparation for client review meetings

• Handle client paperwork, applications, reporting, correspondence and workflow management for designated clients

• Update client CRM records with accuracy and attention to detail

• Contribute to team meetings, process improvement, and a positive workplace culture

• Adhere to compliance standards

About You

• Passionate about helping others

• Proactive and eager to learn, naturally curious, comfortable asking questions, and ready to take ownership of your work

• Thrive in a team environment but can work independently and manage your own tasks

• Communicate clearly and professionally, stay highly organized, and consistently deliver work with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Previous experience in client service, administration, or customer support is valued but not essential
