Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of medical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in court and at mediations and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years +PQE experience in medical negligence law.
• Proven track record of managing complex medical negligence cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Admitted to practice law in Victoria.
