About You

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who’s passionate about building skills through creativity, evidence-based practice and strong partnerships with participants and families.

Looking for greater autonomy and the opportunity to shape how you deliver your services?

Join an experienced team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Therapy Assistants to provide holistic, practical supports for participants and their families.

You’ll also have access to our Penrith Hub, where you can have a dedicated room to work from and make your own. Whether you’re seeing participants, completing reports or planning therapy, the Hub gives you a professional base while still offering flexibility in how you work.

Your week might include:

• Completing functional, sensory and daily-living assessments that inform therapy goals.
• Delivering play-based and functional therapy across home, school, community and other relevant settings.
• Supporting participants with emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills, self-care routines and participation in everyday activities.
• Creating visuals, social stories and therapy programs that make everyday skills engaging and meaningful.
• Collaborating closely with parents, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Recording progress and celebrating every meaningful milestone, because they matter.

What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience or strong interest in Early Childhood Early Intervention under the NDIS.
• Skills in completing functional capacity and sensory processing assessments.
• A warm, flexible and creative approach to therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn, grow and develop your clinical practice.
• A sense of humour and a big heart – essential!
