About the Opportunity

As an Early Childhood Coordinator (Key Worker), you’ll support families who have concerns about their child’s development by delivering family-centred early childhood intervention through the NDIS Early Childhood Approach.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals from:

What You’ll Be Doing

You will:

  • Conduct observations and developmental assessments in natural environments
  • Partner with families to identify goals and priorities
  • Deliver short-term early intervention strategies
  • Coordinate referrals to mainstream and community supports
  • Prepare reports and manage your allocated caseload
  • Work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team
  • Support smooth transitions and continuity of care for children and families
