Job title: Senior Technical Project Manager

Senior Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for the success of the project. Candidate is expected to manage and handle the overall project aspects such as resource, planning, communication between customer and partner to ensure that the project will be successfully delivered as a commitment timeline. Candidate will be working with our customer who is a Top 5 financial institution of Thailand and leverage a real-time Enterprise Fraud Solution platform which is the best in class in machine learning technique who is recognized in Gartner Market Guide for Online Fraud detection.

Duties and responsibilities

– Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets

– Ensuring projects meet deadlines and successful delivery

– Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team

– Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables

– On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables

– Analyzing and overseeing documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization

– Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

– Designing and signing off on contracts

– Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review

– Designing risk mitigation plan Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff

– Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

– Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

– Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

– Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

– Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

Other Tasks

– Ownership of mid to long term execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the Department.

– Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis.

– Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.

Ideal Candidate

– Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

– 4-7 Years+ experience in project management

– Experiences working on integration projects with multiple stakeholders and organizations

– Experiences working with Banks or Financial Industries (Preferable)

– PMP or related project management certification (Preferable)

– Must have Technical Background

– Very good in English

– Ability to hand on multiple projects and tasks

– Able to be on customer site at Rama3 or relocation depending on the customer project based
