About the Role
Are you a driven and aspiring Property Associate looking to take the next step in your career? This role offers an exceptional opportunity for growth, where your skills, knowledge and expertise are nurtured and developed. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections;
- Processing of tenant applications;
- Assisting Property Managers; and
- Booking and conducting private inspections.
This role is available at either our Newcastle West or East Maitland office.
About You
This role is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and provides a stepping stone into building a career in Property Management or perhaps re-entering the industry!
You will bring to the position:
- Ideally 1 years of experience as a Property Associate or similar role
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A current driver’s licence
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills – your written communication style is just as important as your verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Pro-activeness, attention to detail, with high-level accuracy
- Ability to manage a role that is hybrid, including field and office based work.
