Le Mans Entertainment is Australia’s largest karting and entertainment venue. Located in Melbourne’s South-East on a 23 acre site, the facilities include 4 separate karting tracks, an EPIC 18 Hole Mini Golf Course, Arcade, Beer Garden, Sports Bar, Laser Tag, and the world’s best free roam virtual reality “Zero Latency”.

Le Mans Entertainment is an exciting, fast-paced entertainment venue where guests come to race, play, celebrate, eat, drink and have a great time.

We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Bar & Venue Team Members to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience from the moment our guests walk through the door.

This is a multi-skilled venue role — no two shifts are necessarily the same. You’ll have the opportunity to work across our bar, service counter, front entry, hosting and mini golf operations, while developing your hospitality, customer service and sales skills along the way.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Bar – serving drinks, preparing beverages and maintaining a high standard of service and presentation
• Front Entry – welcoming guests, checking bookings and helping guests get their experience started
• Hosting – engaging with groups, explaining experiences and creating energy throughout the venue
• Mini Golf – assisting guests, managing game flow and ensuring guests have a great time
• Service Counter – assisting with bookings, enquiries, purchases and guest requests
• Guest Experience & Sales – understanding what guests are looking for and confidently recommending experiences, upgrades and additional products
• Venue Presentation – keeping guest areas clean, presentable and ready for action
• Teamwork – supporting other areas of the venue and jumping in wherever you’re needed

Key Ingredients

• Fantastic people skills and always provide a five-star guest service experience

• Previous experience in a Bar environment

• Sense of urgency and ability to anticipate guests needs

• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task

• Experience and ability to remain calm working in a fast paced environment

• You take ownership and work on continuous improvement

• You are flexible and available outside of regular business hours, on weekends and during peak periods (Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability is a must)

• You are well-presented and take pride in the work you deliver
