Security Trainer -CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Hold the relevant subclass of NSW Security Licence for the area you intend to deliver and assess.
• Must hold (minimal CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations)
• Demonstrate ongoing compliance with all conditions imposed on your NSW Security Licence.
• Demonstrate vocational (industry) competencies at least to the level you will be delivering and assessing.
• Show evidence of ongoing development of VET knowledge and skills, maintaining industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
• Successfully address all aspects of the Approved Trainer Application and Assessment as required by Rightway Security Training Academy.
• Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent qualification).
• Relevant Industry Qualifications: Possess relevant qualifications in your area of expertise within the security industry.
• Proven experience in delivering and assessing vocational training programs in the security field.
• Familiarity with the compliance requirements and regulatory standards of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learner groups.
