Reporting to the Director, Advocacy and Professional Development, you will shape innovative education programs that support lawyers throughout their careers while strengthening capability across the legal profession.

You will lead the Law Society’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Accredited Specialisation, conferences, certification programs and Law Mutual risk management education program, ensuring all programs meet regulatory and accreditation requirements and deliver exceptional value to members.

Working with senior stakeholders across the legal sector – including judges, regulators, law firms, universities and government, you will identify emerging learning needs, develop contemporary education solutions, and build strategic partnerships that enhance professional practice.

You will also lead and inspire a small, hard-working team, use data and member insights to continuously improve learning outcomes, and drive innovation across digital learning, blended delivery, micro-credentials and assessment pathways.
