The Law Society of Western Australia is seeking to establish a talent pool for policy, advocacy and learning and development professionals. This is a great opportunity for you to be considered for roles that come up in our organisation over the coming months. Ongoing and temporary employment opportunities may be offered.

What we are looking for:

Policy and advocacy professionals with:

• ·A strong interest in legal policy reform and access to justice
• ·Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (such as law, politics or public policy) or working towards one
• ·Experience or an interest in working with the legal profession
• ·An understanding of the Australian legal system and political landscape
• ·Strong research, communication and organisational skills
• ·Highly developed administrative skills

Learning and development professionals with:

• ·Experience in delivering engaging learning and capability programs for professionals
• ·Experience in managing learning projects and initiatives
• ·Fantastic stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
• ·A passion for delivering high quality educational experiences
