We run earthmoving, concreting, retaining walls, fencing install services. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the building and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• First Aid certification (or equivalent) are preferred.
