Description

Last Slice Group is a growing business with three active venues in Bunbury, Dalyellup, and Midland, Western Australia. We have our sights set on opening multiple new venues in the years to come, and this is a very exciting opportunity to join us.

Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to various departments within the organisation. This person will be the go-to for all administrative needs and will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to various departments within the organisation, including HR, Accounts, and Marketing.
  • Manage HR administration, including onboarding/offboarding, contracts, compliance, and change of terms.
  • Oversee OH&S compliance from an administrative perspective.
  • Process account applications for new suppliers and maintain company details with existing suppliers.
  • Manage bookings and functions that fall outside the scope of our online system (over 20 people).
  • Communicate promptly with customers via our social and email channels.
  • Collect insurance certificates and details from contractors to ensure compliance.
  • Schedule store maintenance (e.g., AC/refrigeration servicing).
  • Ensure smooth operations and compliance by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, specifically Group-to-Venue transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and a well-organised electronic filing system.
  • Handle other administrative forms and processes (e.g., wage subsidy agreements).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
