General Manager – Sales

Sydney | Full-time | Office-based, five days per week

The opportunity

Landmark Group is looking for a proven sales leader to continue growing a high-performance project sales team.

You will take ownership of how the sales team operates day to day – from recruitment and onboarding through to follow-up quality, appointments, pipeline reviews, contract progression and exchange.

This is a hands-on role that provides an opportunity to be close to the agents, buyers and projects directly.

You’ll be supported by:

What you’ll own

You will take day-to-day responsibility for:

  • Managing and coaching Senior Sales Agents
  • Running weekly one-on-ones, sales training, team meetings and pipeline reviews
  • Setting clear standards for activity, appointments, follow-up and sales performance
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding high-quality salespeople
  • Improving the complete enquiry-to-exchange sales process and buyer journey
  • Enabling accurate CRM records

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has personally built stronger salespeople and processes that materially improved team performance.

This role suits a hands-on sales leader to:

  • Lead, coach and manage Senior Sales Agents and Qualifiers
  • Run weekly one-on-ones, sales training, team meetings and pipeline reviews
  • Set clear expectations for activity, appointments, follow-up and sales performance
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of high-quality salespeople
  • Identify underperformance early and manage it directly
  • Improve the complete enquiry-to-exchange sales process and buyer journey
  • Actively review and progress live buyer opportunities, contracts and complex deals
  • Build structured project training so agents are prepared before receiving leads
  • Establish strong CRM discipline and reliable sales forecasting
  • Work with marketing, development and display-suite teams to improve sales outcomes

Nice to have

  • Apartment project-sales experience
  • Property development or project-marketing experience
  • Strong HubSpot or comparable CRM proficiency
  • Experience managing display suites or open homes
