As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced subcontractors and trade professionals to support the delivery of building maintenance services.

Please note, this is a subcontracting opportunity, NOT a full-time permanent position within the company. You MUST have your own ABN and hold all relevant insurances to be considered.

• Garden maintenance
• Gutter cleaning
• Rubbish removal
• Window cleaning
• General Handyperson services
• Electrical
• Carpentry / Building
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Tiling
• Roofing
• Flooring
• Asbestos removal and remediation
• Fencing
• Concreting
• Locksmith
• Landscaping
• Glazier
• General Labourer
• Gyprocking / Wall Linings
• Refrigeration and HVAC

About the Work:

You will be engaged to deliver responsive and planned maintenance works across government-owned residential and commercial properties. This includes:

• Day-to-day maintenance and repair works
• Responsive and urgent call-outs
• Planned maintenance and minor project works
• Working in line with strict service delivery timeframes and KPIs

The successful applicant will have:

• Your own ABN number
• Relevant insurances
• Contractors/Builders Licence
• Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• White Card
• Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle
• Must have own tools

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• A current ABN
• Relevant trade licences and certifications
• Public Liability Insurance (and other applicable insurances)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to meet compliance and onboarding requirements
