Expression of Interest – Subcontractor Opportunities

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced, reliable and professional subcontractors and trade professionals to support the delivery of quality home maintenance, building maintenance, repairs, modifications and upgrade services in Campbell Town, Conara, Cleveland, Ross and surrounding regions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to establish a network of trusted and dependable tradespeople who can assist with a range of residential maintenance and modification works.

Please note, this is a subcontracting opportunity and NOT a full-time permanent position within the company. Successful subcontractors will be engaged on a job-by-job basis, with opportunities for ongoing work for reliable contractors who meet our requirements and service standards.

We are currently seeking experienced subcontractors for:

• Bathroom Modifications
• Home Maintenance
• General Home Repairs
• NDIS Upgrades
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Gardening & Garden Maintenance
• General Handyperson Services

Work may include:

• Bathroom modifications
• NDIS home modifications and accessibility upgrades
• General property maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing and electrical installations and repairs
• Gardening and outdoor maintenance
• Minor building and renovation works
• Planned and responsive maintenance works
• General handyman and installation work
• Other trade-related services within your area of expertise

All work must be completed to a high standard of workmanship, while maintaining professionalism, safety, cleanliness and respect for our clients and their homes.
