Expression of Interest – Subcontractor Opportunities

We are Australia’s largest privately owned housing maintenance company, delivering exceptional housing maintenance services nationwide through multiple construction, maintenance, and aged care contracts.  

We are currently seeking skilled subcontractors to support our business to deliver maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties throughout the Adelaide Metro Area and Murray Bridge. Work includes responsive call-outs, planned maintenance, vacant property restoration, quoted works and capital projects. 

Our intent is to attract subcontractors who wish to build partnerships, which allow us to support the existing contractor base to meet the required KPI’s set by our client.  

Please note, this is a subcontracting opportunity, NOT a full-time permanent position within the company. You MUST have your own ABN, licences and hold all relevant insurances to be considered. 

We are seeking all trades to carry out property maintenance in these areas:

• Carpentry/Building
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Airconditioning
• Painting
• General Handypersons Services
• Gyprocking / Wall Linings
• Cleaning and Graffiti Removal
• Garden Maintenance
• Gutter Cleaning
• Rubbish Removal
• Window Cleaning
• Tiling
• Roofing
• Flooring
• Asbestos Removal and Remediation
• Fencing
• Concreting
• Locksmith
• Landscaping and Paving
• Glazier
• General Labourer

Work may include:

• Bathroom modifications
• General property maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing and electrical installations and repairs
• Gardening and outdoor maintenance
• Minor building and renovation works
• Planned and responsive maintenance works
• General handyman and installation work
• Other trade-related services within your area of expertise

All work must be completed to a high standard of workmanship, while maintaining professionalism, safety, cleanliness and respect for our clients and their homes.
