A Week in the Life at Kinsella May Include:
• Preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and compliance work for companies, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Providing tailored tax planning, structuring, and business advisory services that make a real difference to our clients.
• Participating in client meetings as we offer proactive, strategic advice on financial matters.
• Supporting businesses with financial operations and insights, with involvement in our Virtual CFO/Outsourced Finance function team.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members to foster their professional development.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A degree in accounting or finance, with a CA/CPA qualification (or currently working towards it).
✔️ 3+ years’ experience in public practice, with a focus on tax, accounting, and business advisory.
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ A proactive approach to client service and the ability to build long-term relationships.
