We’re looking for an Events Coordinator who combines strong planning skills, customer focus, and sales to help grow our events function. You’ll be the bridge between our guests and our team, turning enquiries into bookings and carefully planning every detail to create seamless and memorable experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to event and group enquiries with tailored proposals and quotes
  • Meeting clients, hosting site visits, and closing bookings
  • Creating detailed event plans and run sheets
  • Collaborating across Bistro, Kitchen, Hotel and Wine teams
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance guest experiences
  • Helping develop event packages and promotional ideas
  • Ensuring each event is well-planned, profitable and delivers a world-class experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in events planning and hospitality roles
  • A natural planner with excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident in customer service and relationship building
  • Comfortable with sales conversations and closing bookings
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working across teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused
