At Kieser, we’re more than a network of Physiotherapy and Strength & Conditioning clinics. Our mission is to help people live stronger, healthier lives through science-backed exercise and rehabilitation. Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists work together to deliver client care that’s evidence-based, innovative and focused on long-term outcomes.

Opportunities In Clinic
We are always looking to connect with experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists and Client Advisors who are interested in working at any of our 34 (and growing) Kieser locations across Australia.
Physiotherapists – Our Physiotherapists utilise traditional hand on, physiotherapy methods while educating clients on the power of strength training for long-term health outcomes. They conduct initial assessments to identify the clients’ main goals of treatment and review sessions to monitor their progress.
Exercise Physiologists – Our Exercise Physiologists design and supervise exercise programs for clients with diverse health needs, from chronic conditions to injury recovery. They manage group classes where clients perform exercises specific to their individual programs in a group setting.
Exercise Scientists – Our Exercise Scientists prescribe exercise programs for clients and supervise their training. They play a key role in introducing clients to the training floor and our unique machines through conducting introduction sessions as well as ongoing review sessions.
Client Advisors – Our client Advisors are the first point of contact for clients entering our clinics. They are responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, and providing administrative and financial support to ensure a smooth client experience.
Support Opportunities
Our National Clinic Support Office and Client Support Centre support the smooth operations of our clinics.
National Clinic Support Office – Several teams within our National Clinic Support office provide our clinics with expertise in areas such as Marketing, Finance, Technology, Learning and Development & People and Talent.
Client Support Centre – Our Client Support team are the link between our clinics and tour clients. They are responsible for answering incoming calls for all clinics, managing a centralised inbox and prioritising referrals.
