We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Course Manager to lead our team, grow our programs and help create unforgettable learning experiences that build confidence, develop practical skills and open doors to new opportunities.
This isn’t your typical education management role. It’s an opportunity to combine leadership, outdoor adventure and meaningful community impact.

What we are looking for
- You’re a confident, approachable leader who enjoys bringing people together and making things happen.

- You’ll also need relevant industry expertise, a driver’s licence and the ability to meet our child safety and employment screening requirements.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is desirable, or you’ll be willing to work towards it within 12 months.
Why join us?
You’ll be part of a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation that believes education can change lives. Along with the opportunity to lead and grow a unique Academy, you’ll enjoy access to salary packaging, Fitness Passport, confidential Employee Assistance Program support and a team committed to making a difference.
