About the Role

We have multiple Disability Support Worker (DSW) opportunities across Inner Western Sydney. Shifts and settings will be matched to your experience and availability.

Your work may include:

• Supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes or In-Home Care (IHC)
• Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, mobility, daily routines, and community access
• Supporting participants with complex needs, including Behaviour Support Plans and de-escalation strategies
• Assisting with medication administration and detailed health support plans
• Working collaboratively with allied health, case workers, and families to deliver person-centred care

About You

We’re open to a range of backgrounds and experience. You’ll bring:

• Minimum 6 months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
• Medication Administration training, manual handling certificate (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and professional boundaries
• Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous, not essential)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicle
