We are seeking a full-time qualified Team Leader to join our professional and supportive team. Located in central Hamilton, our centre offers a modern, well-equipped learning environment designed to support high-quality teaching and rich learning experiences for Tamariki

This role will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting the Centre Manager in the implementation and delivery of K’aute Pasifika  
  • curriculum  
  • Ensuring that all our fanau (children) are valued, recognised, and respected for who they are and where they come from 
  • Monitoring children’s progress and assess educational needs 

 

To be considered for this role, the following will be required: 

  • Current New Zealand ECE teacher registration and recognised qualification 
  • A strong understanding of Te Whāriki and quality teaching practice 
  • Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for young children 
  • Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills 
  • Commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional growth
