He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role 

This role is responsible for providing administrative support with data entries and maintaining accurate human resources records. Accurately input and update employee information in our HRIS, maintain personnel files, assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation and data processing. Provide general administrative tasks as required in a fast-paced working environment.

He kōrero mōu | About You 

Someone who enjoys working with data and has a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You are empathetic, proactive, and open to working in a multicultural environment. You will have good communication and organisational skills, and you are discreet and comfortable handling confidential information.

What you will need for this role:

  • Previous office administration or data entry is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and have initiative
  • Fully conversant with all Microsoft applications (Office 365, Word, Excel,Outlook).
  • Ideally, you will have some proficiency in Te Reo Māori and knowledge of tikanga Māori 
  • Commitment and ability to apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
