Are you looking for your next FIFO opportunity with a company that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth? We are currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join our growing team on a fly-in fly-out roster to Newman.

Positions We Are Seeking: 

We are currently interested in hearing from experienced:

• Dozer Operators – D6 to D10, ideally with GPS experience
• Grader Operators – GPS experience highly regarded
• Excavator Operators – bulk earthworks and final trim experience
• All-Rounder Operators– Highly experienced operators skilled across multiple pieces of plant and equipment
• Moxy, Roller, Watercart
• Other highly skilled Mobile Plant Operators with strong civil or mining experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil or mining environments
• Experience across bulk earthworks, tailings dams, clearing, or production works
• Available for a 2:1 FIFO roster
• Current mobile plant tickets (highly desirable)
• GPS machine guidance experience (highly regarded)
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments
