Johnson’s Trucks has been keeping the region moving for over 40 years, and we’re looking for our next Service Advisor to join the team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You don’t need truck industry experience. We’ll teach you the technical side. What we’re looking for is someone with the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their experience with Johnson’s Trucks is second to none.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and checking vehicles into the workshop
  • Answering incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
  • Managing emails, texts and workshop bookings
  • Providing customers with updates on their vehicles
  • Liaising with technicians, parts staff and management
  • Preparing job cards and workshop paperwork
  • Following up outstanding jobs and customer requests
  • Helping ensure the workshop operates smoothly and efficiently
