Summary:

As a Food & Beverage Attendant for events you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality and catering industry, contributing to memorable events while ensuring high standards of food and beverage service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and well-presented.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings to provide accurate information to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during events.
• Occasionally work in our other outlets

About you:

• A passion for hospitality
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable lifting and moving items including furniture from time to time.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• The successful applicant must have a valid RSA Certificate
