We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own busy section with precision and passion.
  • Following and upholding standard recipes, processes, and procedures.
  • Striving to create dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
  • Collaborating harmoniously with a dynamic and talented kitchen team.
  • Thriving under pressure during high-paced service periods.
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation and exceptional time management.

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment.
  • Possesses a true passion for the culinary arts and thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to a supportive team culture.
  • Is adaptable, highly organised, and committed to upholding the highest standards.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license with access to a car.
  • Has full working rights in Australia.
