Assistant Service Manager – OSHC | Permanent Part-Time

At Jabiru, our best brings out their best. We’re looking for an experienced OSHC Educator, Senior Educator or Group Leader who’s ready to step into leadership and make a bigger impact.

As an Assistant Service Manager, you’ll work alongside the Service Manager to support your team, create awesome experiences for children and help keep the service running smoothly. You’ll be hands-on, connected to the team and part of creating a place where children and educators genuinely love to be.

We have Locations across Dutton Park, Yeronga, Pullenvale, Moorooka, Scenic Shores and Bay View (Redland Bay), Runcorn, Runcorn Heights, Waterford West.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting, mentoring and motivating your OSHC team
• Helping create fun, engaging and inclusive programs
• Building great relationships with children, families and schools
• Supporting rosters, planning, compliance and day-to-day operations
• Championing child safety, wellbeing and inclusion
• Stepping up for the Service Manager when needed
• Contributing to a positive team culture where everyone can do their best

What you’ll bring

You’ll have relevant OSHC experience, a Diploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA, and current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

More importantly, you’ll bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for people. You might be ready for your first leadership role, or already have some leadership experience and be looking for your next challenge.
