About the Role

As a Vehicle Production Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service, work collaboratively with the team, and support the efficient completion and handover of repaired vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional assistance when they arrive.
• Managing the customer vehicle drop-off process, ensuring all required information is collected
• Taking clear and accurate photographs of vehicle damage before repairs commence.
• Providing assistance and support to customers throughout the repair process.
• Assisting customers when their vehicle is ready for collection and handover.
• Explaining the repairs and work completed to the customer at the time of collection.
• Ensuring customers are comfortable with the completed repairs and providing a high level of customer service throughout the entire experience.
• Working closely with the repair and administration teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
• Complying to health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Current Drivers Licence
• Previous experience in Automotive Industry (preferred)
• Technical knowledge of automotive structures and body repair (preferred)
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety, productivity and quality standards
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
