Summary:

New HR Operator for civil site.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a similar operational role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
