Grader Operator

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Grader Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of grading machinery, contributing to the overall productivity and quality of our projects. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in machinery operation and a commitment to safety and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Operate grading machinery to achieve precise grading and levelling of surfaces
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate grading activities and project timelines
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Grader Operator or in a similar role
• Familiarity with grading machinery and its operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s licence and relevant certifications preferred
