We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Auckland team. This role is all about delivering a great customer experience – handling enquiries efficiently, processing orders accurately, and using each interaction as an opportunity to build lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer enquiries and issues to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Hydroflow’s products, services and systems
  • Work closely with other teams across the business to resolve customer queries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate
  • Participate in team meetings and share relevant customer updates
  • Assist with the reception and walk-in customers as required
  • Engage in training and development opportunities as they arise
  • Support process improvement initiatives across the business when required
  • Contribute to a safe workplace by following Health & Safety procedures and reporting hazards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A friendly, professional and approachable manner
  • Confidence using systems and learning new products
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism
