We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Auckland team. This role is all about delivering a great customer experience – handling enquiries efficiently, processing orders accurately, and using each interaction as an opportunity to build lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries and issues to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Maintain a working knowledge of Hydroflow’s products, services and systems
- Work closely with other teams across the business to resolve customer queries
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate
- Participate in team meetings and share relevant customer updates
- Assist with the reception and walk-in customers as required
- Engage in training and development opportunities as they arise
- Support process improvement initiatives across the business when required
- Contribute to a safe workplace by following Health & Safety procedures and reporting hazards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Confidence using systems and learning new products
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- A high level of integrity and professionalism
