About the Roles

Our Parts team plays an important role in keeping our customers, technicians and branch moving.

Depending on the role, your day could involve:

 

  • Helping customers and technicians identify and source the right parts
  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable service over the phone and in person
  • Processing parts orders, enquiries and sales
  • Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
  • Picking and preparing parts for customers and our Service team
  • Managing stock and keeping the warehouse and Parts department organised
  • Working closely with the wider branch team to get the best outcome for our customers
  • Building your knowledge of John Deere equipment, parts and the agricultural industry

 

There’s room for different strengths and experience levels. Whether you enjoy working with customers, have a passion for parts and machinery, prefer the hands-on warehouse side, or are simply keen to learn something new, there could be an opportunity here for you.
