Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Parts Warehouse Operator to join our Griffith Parts team.

This is a hands-on role that plays an important part in keeping our busy branch running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking and distributing parts, supporting our technicians and Parts team, and making sure stock is accurate, organised and ready when it’s needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive, check and store incoming parts and stock
• Pick and supply parts for technicians and internal departments
• Assist with basic parts interpretation and identification
• Process stock movements accurately within our systems
• Identify and escalate shortages, discrepancies and back orders
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse
• Assist with freight, deliveries and stock movements between branches
• Support improvements to warehouse layout, storage and overall efficiency
• Follow safe manual handling and warehouse practices

What You’ll Bring

• Current forklift licence and previous warehouse, stores or parts experience would be highly regarded
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence using computers and completing data entry
• A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to help the team
• Someone who takes ownership, can be relied on and stands by their word
• A willingness to work as One Team, share knowledge and support those around you
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised workplace
