TECSight is a service provided by Hutcheon & Pearce that provides fast, expert support for John Deere technology across NSW. Our specialists deliver remote troubleshooting, on‑site assistance, and precision support to keep your John Deere machinery running at peak performance.
TECSight helps with remote monitoring, data management, optimisation, and technician training, all designed to boost productivity without leaving the cab.
Position Overview
As part of our TECSight team, you’ll work on:
Setting up displays, receivers, rate controllers, and other AMS products, guiding customers and branch mechanics through machine diagnostics and helping customers maximise the use of digital tools, like Operations Centre and Property Centre.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide basic precision ag support both internally to your branches and externally to our customers
- Provide basic machine diagnostic support
- Proactively monitors and actions customer machines, uptime alerts and connectivity items
- Participates in John Deere training to maintain current product knowledge
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience as a qualified technician or in an Agricultural / Construction / Forestry related role
- Ability to understand repairs and maintenance with the ability to follow Technical Manual Procedures
- Proficient oral and written communication skills with solid analytical skills
- Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs
