Sales Associate — Tree Services

Hunter River Trees is looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys meeting clients, understanding what needs to be done and following every opportunity through to a clear outcome. Based at Harpers Hill, we service the Hunter Region and are known for being Local. Professional. Trusted.

This is a field-focused sales and quoting role. You will visit residential and commercial sites, listen to clients, scope their tree work, prepare clear quotes and follow up until they have a decision. You will manage your pipeline and work closely with our operations team so the work you sell can be delivered well.

What you will do

• Respond to enquiries and arrange site visits across the Hunter Region.
• Meet clients and gather the information needed for accurate quotes.
• Prepare and present quotes, then follow up in a timely and respectful way.
• Keep your sales pipeline and customer records current.
• Build relationships with residential, commercial and other local clients.
• Coordinate job scope and handover with the operations team.

What we are looking for

• Experience in sales, quoting or customer-facing field work.
• Confidence with numbers, written quotes and managing multiple opportunities.
• Clear communication, strong follow-through and a professional manner on site.
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the Hunter Region.

Experience in arboriculture, trades, landscaping, construction or related services is valued, but strong sales skills matter most.
