About the Role:
The Neighbourhood Administrator role is essential in supporting our Housing & Impact tenancy teams and ensuring smooth administrative operations that enhance customer wellbeing and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and current records across all systems.
- Schedule customer wellbeing visits and manage related data entry tasks.
- Prepare lease packs and complete associated administrative duties.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, and occasionally face-to-face.
- Triage email inquiries and direct them appropriately within the team.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and coordinate customer engagement events.
- Provide general administrative support including meeting logistics, document control, data entry, correspondence, and postage.
